In 2025, the Qatari-German Energy Partnership continued to serve as a practical platform for bilateral cooperation and knowledge exchange.<\/p><p>In recent years, the Partnership has explored a wide range of topics, including sustainable aviation fuels, the EU\u2019s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and a range of energy transition technologies. In November 2025, during her visit to Doha, Minister Katherina Reiche emphasised \u2013 together with Minister Al Kaabi \u2013 the potential for deeper economic cooperation in energy and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).
