with the effects of climate change  <\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3048ca7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3048ca7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Agri-photovoltaics (AgriPV) combines agriculture with energy generation. It offers solutions to two key challenges: it strengthens food security and helps to counter rural exodus. To accelerate the scale-up of this innovative technology, the Energy Partnership developed a policy brief and a handbook. These provide clarity on the regulatory, technical and social conditions, thereby supporting practical implementation.<\/p><p>The first successful project applications to the Irrigation Commission underscored the growing interest in AgriPV. Furthermore, local stakeholders benefited from international exchange. At events such as the Latin American and Caribbean Energy Organization (OLACDE) Energy Week, they were able to learn from European experience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a2d10b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3a2d10b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Governance, regulatory and market mechanisms<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7891d227 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7891d227\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Another focus was on the socially sustainable and investment-friendly implementation of the energy transition. Three studies and analyses provided a sound basis for decision-making. At the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) workshop, Chilean institutions were able to prepare for international regulations, drawing on European expertise.<\/p><p>Another highlight was the \u201cThird International Seminar on Cybersecurity of Critical Electrical Infrastructure\u201d featuring experts from the Federal Network Agency and 50Hertz.
